Arecont Vision Appoints Experienced Sales Professionals in Key European, Middle East and Africa Regions

Las Vegas, NV (April 6, 2011) - Arecont Vision, the industry leader in IP-based megapixel
camera technology, has appointed four new sales representatives in Europe. The
appointments include Waldemar Gollan as the new Regional Sales Manager covering
Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and Bo Oerbjerg to handle the Nordic region; Marc
Wesley will be covering the U.K. and Ireland; and Aleksey Berezin will be the new Regional
Sales Manager for Russia and other Commonwealth Independent States, as well as the
Republic of Georgia.

Waldemar Gollan has represented global manufacturers offering advanced technology
including NVRs, encoders, video analytics, video management solutions and unified video
platforms for more than eight years. Mr. Gollan previously worked in sales, product
management and technical support in the IT networking market. “Megapixel cameras are a
great opportunity to increase the efficiency of IP-based video surveillance systems as they
elevate image quality to a much higher level,” said Mr. Gollan.
Bo Oerbjerg was previously a business development manager for the German security
manufacturer Mobotix. He has a background in IT technologies and experience developing
business relationships in the Scandinavian countries of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway
and Sweden. “I enjoy the challenges of bringing state-of-the-art technology products and

With over 23 years of sales and management experience within the security industry, Marc

Pelco U.K.. Ltd., Dedicated Micros and Norbain. Mr. Wesley, as the new Regional Sales
Manager for the U.K. and Ireland will be focusing on building new sales channels throughout
the region while promoting Arecont Vision’s multi-megapixel camera technology solutions.

of IT in addition to his new role as the Regional Sales Manager for Russia and other
Commonwealth Independent States, as well as the Republic of Georgia. “I have risen
through the ranks here at Arecont Vision, and as one of the original employees of the
company, I have witnessed first-hand how the security industry has grown and equipment has
