Sets a New Benchmark for Low Light Performance
Las Vegas, NV (April 2, 2014) – Arecont Vision, the industry leader in IP-based megapixel camera technology, has unveiled its new STELLAR (Spatio TEmporal Low Light ARchitecture) technology that dramatically increases low light performance to capture color images in near-total darkness. Arecont Vision is demonstrating STELLAR in a special darkroom located in its ISC West exhibit (booth #8045) so visitors can get a first-hand look at the incredible low light performance this technology delivers.

STELLAR will initially be available in Arecont Vision’s MegaDome® 2 all-in-one megapixel cameras. Performance features include extreme light sensitivity, spatiotemporal noise reduction, adaptive contrast enhancement, and motion blur reduction, as well as a low bit rate to conserve valuable bandwidth and storage space.
